Tixserve has accelerated its global expansion with a multi-year partnership to enter the Australasian market with ticketing software provider, Emedia Campaigns.
The partnership will see Emedia Campaigns, described as a white-labelled "online alternative to traditional event ticketing", work with Ireland-based Tixserve to provide digital ticket fulfilment services for its live music, sport and entertainment events.
In operation, the new Tixserve-powered Emedia 'ShowTicks' app will enable events, venues, teams and artists to utilise a flexible ticketing service while also providing audience insights and brand opportunities.
The digital ticketing fulfilment app seamlessly integrates into Emedia Campaigns' VenueNET and ShowTicks software deployments, serving digital tickets to their clients' ticket holders. The digital ticket distribution and engagement app will be utilised across various festivals, venues, and concerts from May 2023, including Emedia's recent ticketing software and onsite service tender win, the week-long, Beef Australia Expo in 2024.
Integrating into Emedia's Campaigns' 'VenueNET' and 'ShowTicks' software deployments, Tixserve's patented technology integration will help to deliver flexible and interactive digital ticketing, with m-commerce, fan engagement, direct marketing and communications capabilities, and upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
